Bausch Health is looking for a Financial Analytic (Business partner).
Responsibilities:
Resilient and reliable business partnering to commercial and marketing teams with focus on:
Financial estimation of new business-initiatives (new product launch, marketing activity etc.);
Contribute BU in sales modelling (pipeline, sit control, etc.), in G2N calculation with distributors and chains, involvement into S&OP sessions;
Price setting support;
Preparing a number of reports and analysis under request and on a regular base;
Ad-hoc projects (finance & business) support;
Support BU in opex & functional planning;
Contribute in planning processes (S&OP and FCST), future performance planning and estimation both for P&L and cash including period closing;
Brand\product profitability analysis, BU kpis analysis;
Monthly closing participation in a corporate financial reporting process;
Sales results analysis (top-line / bottom-line gaps) on a regular basis;
Preparing and explaining supporting analytics for GS (PVA), G2N, COGS, OPEX and other PL positions.
Requirements:
Education: higher (in finance / economics / technical);
Business sector: (Pharma, FMCG);
Languages: English — (upper intermediate).
Experience:
In finance or business analysis – min 5 years;
FP&A on a finance / business / planning analytic position – min 2 years;
Managerial experience in business side (sales, marketing, general) – is a significant advanrage;
Experience in a roles of financial auditor, financial controller is advantage;
MBA is advantage.
Skills:
Cross-functional communication with commercial, marketing, supply-chain, business analysis roles;
Resistanse to stress, ability to high workloads, not limited working days;
MS Excel – from confident in using to mastership.
