The trading company that trades both cryptocurrencies and classic financial instruments looks for a Financial Analyst to join their team to help build and improve the company's financial processes, as well as participate in building the world's best analytics system among trading companies/hedge funds. The company is one of the top 10 crypto teams by transaction volume in the world, specializing in high-frequency and medium-term trading strategies.
Key Duties:
- Improvement of the company's management accounting and reporting processes
- Implementation of new programs for management accounting, budgeting, business analytics
- Analysis of financial indicators, recommendations on how to improve the company's performance
- Cash flow accounting and creation of the accounting process of payments and closing documents
- Participation in budgeting and financial control
- Control and evaluation of financial risks
- Financial modeling, calculating the efficiency of new projects
- Development and implementation of a system of reports (dashboards) to analyze the performance of the company.
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Two years experience as a financial analyst
- Knowledge of accounting and management accounting, financial management, financial analysis and planning methods
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel and Google tables
- Ability to work in a team, proactivity, ability to take responsibility for the result
- High level of critical and analytical thinking
