Mobility company Gett that connects customers with transportation, goods and services is seeking a Finance Transformation Country Lead.
Summary of the Role:
The Finance Transformation Country Lead role in Gett is one that leads with the business in mind. This individual has excellent financial knowledge coupled with a natural focus on influencing a team to create a great transactional and control environment. Gett finance team is undergoing a targeted to improve processes and reporting standards
towards an IPO. The Country Finance Lead will serve as a mentor to the local finance team to map, restructure and implement internal control processes/policies and systems to create a robust control environment.
As the Country Finance Lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering financial internal control
agenda. The key focuses of this role is to:
Map all current finance processes,
Reengineer processes to align to the internal control matrix
Create full documentation of both finance processes and controls
Identify and implement systems to assist in creating efficient/effective control processes
Work with the local finance teams to implement reengineered processes and systems
Test to ensure that the designed processes/systems are operating as documented.
Requirements:
Fluent English speaking and writing
Fully qualified accountant
8+ years experience in implementing internal control processes and systems
Ideally experience in a high transaction volume organization
Exposure to the technology industry a bonus
Excellent excel and system skills
Excellent communication and social skills
Highly motivated and eager to learn
Agile and innovative thinking.
