В Finance department HEINEKEN Russia is looking for Finance Project Manager to lead diverse scope of finance and cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams towards efficiency and further processes automation
- Form the vision of finance systems architecture development, identify trendy and value-adding tools and lead the implementation with the help of internal and external teams
- Improve and optimize short and mid-term planning processes
- Focus on continuous Company portfolio optimization and overall de-complexity
- Drive further opportunities for integrated business planning and seamless connection between planning, managerial reporting and analytics for timely business decision making
- Be a business partner for cross-functional stakeholders including top-management team
- Tackle several ambitious initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial approach and helicopter view
- Drive for result
Requirements:
- Higher education (Finance/Economics)
- 5+ years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in international FMCG or Big 4 consulting
- Proven experience in financial planning and project management
- Proven experience in business processes evaluation, optimization & automation
- Confident project practitioner or project management certification is a strong plus (You will be asked to describe practical cases you’ve used project methodologies incl agile, leans six sigma and other relevant)
- Team management skills and experience
- Good understanding of principles and enterprise data architecture in context of financial planning
- You are advanced user of
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Power BI (dashboards creation and development) and Power pivot
- Cognos Planning analytics practical skills will be a strong plus
- Confident use of SAP software
- Python \ R is a plus
- Advanced English level (spoken and written)
- Financial certification will be a plus
