AliExpress Россия ищет Finance Planning and Analysis Lead (FP&A).
The Finance Team lead will report to the Group FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Support and improve cash flow model
- Perform cash forecasting process and manage cash flow on short/mid/long perspective
- Optimize working capital
- Work closely with business teams, finance business partners, treasury, procurement and other departments to manage regular plan-fact analysis and re-forecasting exercises
- OPEX & CAPEX controlling
- Lead team of 2 specialists
- Other fin blocks on demand
Profile:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance
- CMA/ ACCA/CPA qualification is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in management accounting/ cash flow management
- An excellent knowledge of management accounting and reporting principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills
- Cash Flow models building and execution of CF forecasting exercise experience
- Experience of work with databases and analytical tools (1C, Tableau, QlickView etc.)
- Business-minded
- Communicational skills
- Self-dependent and result oriented
- Minimum of 2 years of people-leadership experience (2+ employees)
