В Лабораторию Касперского требуется Finance Operations Group Manager.
Responsibilities:
Organization and control of compliance with internal regulations on financial closure of management reporting and its correctness
Compliance with the requirements of internal financial controls, company policies and procedures
Coordination of long-term and short-term goals of the group
Planning the activities and workload of the group, assessing and monitoring the effectiveness of the group, control of KPIs
Team management, delegation and control over the implementation of tasks
Making decisions about changes in processes within the group
Organization and control of the transfer of processes for support to the group and quality control of support
Organization of interaction with related groups and structural units
Ensuring knowledge exchange within the team and with external teams
10 direct subordinates
What we expect from you:
Higher education in finance;
At least 5 years work experience in controlling, financial analysis, budgeting
ACCA, DipIFR certification;
Team management experience (at least 3 subordinates)
Good knowledge of Russian and international accounting standards
Practical knowledge in management reporting, planning and analysis
Fluent English
Excel advance level
Strong communication skills
Strong personality and problem-solving approach;
Ability to work quickly and to prioritize tasks;
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
Highly organized and result oriented.
