Аn international production company owning a small plant in Russia is seeking a Finance Manager.
Your main tasks will be managing, controlling and executing the Accounting & Finance function in Russia. You will report to GM in Russia and Finance Manager in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Ensure legal compliance: Accounting, Tax, Audit management;
Prepare the internal / group financial reporting.
Cash management, forecasts/planning, keep internal controls; establish credit controls together with GM and sales management;
Develop manufacturing and business controlling;
Manage the budget process;
Organize, motivate and develop the Accounting and Finance team, review the current processes and responsibilities to improve the efficiency in the finance / controlling management.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics, Chartered Accountant / CFA qualification is a plus;
5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting management with international companies, having import/export and manufacturing operations in Russia;
Good knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards and Tax Law;
Good knowledge of IFRS;
Experience with 1C, advanced Excel skills;
Fluent English for interaction with colleagues from European HQ;
Previous work experience for a recognized international audit firm is an advantage;
People Management Experience and good leadership skills.
