Finance Manager / Controller in Dubai, OAE, reporting to Finance Director, is searched for Uralkali Trading company.

Key Position objectives:
- To improve the quality of control over the Company's commercial and logistical expenses;
- To reduce the risks of unforeseen expenses and company losses arising after a breach of financial discipline;
- To improve the quality and efficiency of operational activity data preparation and collection processes;
- To provide timely monthly reporting of results to the Management Team in Russia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control of the level of Company's commercial and logistical expenses;
- Verification of the content correctness and appearance of invoices for commercial and logistic expenses and payment approval;
- Approval of the financial part of contracts for logistics services provision;
- Initiation and coordination of contracts for offsetting claims with counterparties;
- Collection and processing of Managerial Accounting analytical data for the actual period;
- Preparation of Company's Cash Flow forecast and Company's budget;
- Submission of proposals to enhance the methodology of Managerial Accounting and to improve ERP-system of the Company;
- Information support of Management Team of the Company with analytical information on the dynamics of Sales, Expenses and Cash Flow;
- Interaction with Parent company’s employees and providing the requested analytical information.
Experience requirements:
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field;
- MUST BE practical knowledge and experience in Financial / Economic Analysis and Managerial Accounting, preferably within an international environment in trading companies;
- Desirable work experience in BIG4 (audit);
- Desirable CFA / CIMA / CPA / ACCA or DipIFR certificate;
- Ability to work with and structure big data arrays;
- Must be sociable and oriented to build well-defined processes;
- Advanced PC user skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and experienced with ERP-systems (Axapta is an advantage);
- Very good in English, Russian (Latvian – desirable), in oral and written forms;
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy.
