В международную фармкомпанию AstraZeneca требуется Finance Lead.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the financials of the Business Unit / Department. Responsible for profit management of respective Business Unit
- Lead planning and control processes: reporting, analysis and control over the BU / Department financials (reporting on monthly basis, analysis by product and channel, control of costs, rebates, profit)
- Perform short-term and long-term planning ensuring compliance with Global and Local business strategy
- Alignment with the Head of BU / Departments and joint presentation of business plan and performance results to the Board
- Communicate with Senior Management Team regarding financial and business issues
- Perform sales and supply forecasting by channel by product in line with S&OP process
- Support of business development projects
- Develop financial models; business processes building and development
Essential requirements:
- Higher financial education
- At least 2 years of working experience as a financial analyst or finance business partner in FMCG / Pharma
- IFRS knowledge (ACCA / ACA / CPA as advantage)
- Knowledge of credit control system
- Experience in sales and profit planning
- Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Excel
- Experience with SAP – as advantage
- English – Fluent (both oral and written)
