The international company with a headquarter based in Israel is looking for a Finance Head.
The company provides clients with services in various industries and sectors such as development, IT, marketing and accounting.
Head of Finance responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams.
Responsibilities:
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.
Manage vendor relationships
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Manage team of financial controllers
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior finance role or relevant role- A must
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is a must; MSc/MBA is a plus
Experience in the Online Fintech/Online gaming industry is a must
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
Ability to strategize and solve problems
High English level
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
CPA is a strong advantage
