European B2B company is looking for a Finance Director Russia&CIS who will be responsible for all financial and accounting issues in Russia&CIS.
The primary function of this position is to partner with the MD’s and to be accountable for the financial health of the Company by formulating and implementing financial plans within professional, statutory and corporate guidelines in order to maximize the growth of the business.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Ppartnering with the business and developing and executing overall financial strategy for the country
- Providing strategic and financial counsel to the senior management team
- Providing market insights and analysis from a financial perspective
- Moreover you will manage the whole of the finance tasks, including accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, tax and treasury, whilst ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements
- You will have 2 people under supervision
Requirements:
- In order to get the job you should have at least 5 years’ experience (including FD role), preferably gained in international B2B companies and extensive financial management experience, including exposure to accounting, reporting tax and financing activities
- Company expects you to have excellent interpersonal skills, strong people development and team management experience and good English language skills
