Puratos is an international group offering a full range of innovative products, raw materials and application expertise for artisans, industry, retailers and food service customers in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors. Now the company is looking for a Finance Director of Russia.
Leading the Finance function for one of the largest subsidiaries — Puratos Russia — the successful candidate for this role will possess a strong and diverse professional background in the fields of Finance and Accounting (with exposure to both), and will lead a highly competent team at both an operational and strategic level. He/she will ensure that in-depth expertise in financial and business analysis, reporting and controlling is provided to the business management.
Additionally, the role will cover the management of the transformation of the Finance function in Russia, as well as the development and implementation of our operational and financial strategy, corporate valuation and global operations financial support.
Required Expertise:
Several years of experience in management positions in Finance, preferably in an international context
Experience in and understanding of an industrial context
Proficient knowledge of IFRS as well as local GAAP & legislation (mandatory)
A Proven track record in finance and management — challenging assignments preferably in international companies and special projects contributing into business
Proven achievements in people management – successorship, mentorship, building a strong team etc.
Strong participative leadership profile
Profile
A university degree (Masters preferred) in Economics and/or alternative high-level Finance training
Ideally accompanied by an international education/Finance accreditation (MBA, CMA, ACCA, etc.)
A strong command of English and mother tongue Russian is mandatory
Strong analytical and communication skills, strategic thinking & helicopter view
Readiness to work in the southern part of Moscow region (20 km from MKAD) or a readiness to relocate.ё
