Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Finance Director Consumer Health Russia based in Moscow, Russia.
Responsible for the leadership, direction, and management of the finance activities of the organization, as well as input into the strategy of the business. Represents and manages the business' financial position including the areas of income, expenses, profitability, taxation, capital usage and cash flow. At this level, the position has a direct contribution to the development of business and/or functional strategies and typically, responsibility for managing multiple teams of professionals.
Job description:
- Partners with business units to drive consistent organizational excellence and provide optimal technological leadership.
- Involved in the preparation of business plans, forecast updates and long-term planning.
- Enhances current practices and develops new solutions and strategies to strengthen the financial knowledge and operating performance.
- Ensures financial processes and systems are in place in compliance with worldwide procedures and drives accountability throughout the organization.
- Prepares and presents key presentation packages for senior management.
- Facilitates and drives resource prioritization with business partners on an ongoing basis.
- Maintains capital project tracking for all capital projects.
- Leads and develops the team in line with the talent agenda building the capabilities for future and ensuring strong succession pipeline.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (required).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance is required, including experience in leading teams and collaborating with senior management, preferred in a multinational multi-matrix environment.
- High Strategic Agility.
- Proficient in English language, verbal and written (required).
