CHANEL is actively recruiting a Finance Controller motivated to join a team dedicated to deliver the highest level of support for the Business to meet its objectives.
As part of the Finance Department of CHANEL RUSSIA and CIS, the F&B Controlling Team plays a determinant role in the performance of the F&B Division in a fast-evolving and demanding environment.
Your main job duties consist in:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Manage the financial processes of monthly and quarterly closings, of Budgets, monthly reforecasts as well as Mid Term Plans of the F&B Division.
Analyze and challenge the costs and investments to identify the performance levers and the risks and opportunities.
Establish the CAPEX requests of the F&B Division, ensuring they meet the expected ROI; perform a posteriori analyzes.
Performance Management and Reporting.
Monitor the level and the quality of F&B stocks (Sales items and promotional materials).
Be responsible for an efficient and timely reporting in the standards of the Group.
Business Partnering
Be the Business Partner of the F&B Leadership Team.
In partnership with the business planning & analysis team, analyze and challenges the performance of all the F&B activities – actuals / forecast.
Support daily the F&B stakeholders in their Budget monitoring and projects implementation.
Support F&B Division new initiatives and prepare impactful ad hoc analysis and presentations.
Finance Transformation
Drive the projects of finance Digital Transformation at the Division level.
Participate actively in the implementation of new financial tools.
Take initiative to increase the operational efficiency while bringing innovation.
Other responsibilities.
Support the internal control improvement in the organization /documenting processes.
Be the custodian of the internal control of the F&B Division – collaborate with internal and external auditors.
You manage one Finance Analyst and one trainee. You are a member of the F&B Leadership Team.
