В международную фармкомпанию AstraZeneca требуется Finance Business Partner.
Main duties and responsibilities:
A person is expected to take ownership of the financials of the Business Unit / Department, lead planning and control processes: reporting, analysis and control over the BU / Department financials (reporting on monthly basis, analysis by product and channel, control of costs, rebates, profit); short-term and Long-term planning ensuring compliance with Global and Local business strategy; presentation of the business plan to Senior Management Team; communication with Senior Management Team regarding financial issues; sales and supply forecasting by channel by product in line with S&OP process; support of business development projects; financial models development; business processes building and development.
Essential requirements:
- Higher financial education
- At least 3 years of working experience as a financial analyst or finance business partner in Pharma or FMCG
- IFRS knowledge (ACCA / ACA / CPA as advantage)
- Knowledge of credit control system
- Experience in sales and profit planning
- Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Excel
- Experience with SAP, 1С
- English – Fluent (both oral and written)
- Strong communication skills, high level of responsibility, strong analytical skills, good presentation skills
