AliExpress Russia is looking for Finance Business Partner in order to support projects (mainly retail, logistic, e-comm etc) by providing expert financial service to internal teams. As a part of this role, you will work closely with business teams, improve business efficiency and performance, and provide financial recommendations to support effective decision making.
Job description:
- Actively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials;
- Monitor business trends and identify upside/downside on top-line & bottom-line in order to effectively communicate with management / business partners for actions to deliver financial commitment;
- Develop and improve actionable dashboard and business performance analysis with recommendations to help business partners to make data-driven decisions;
- Enhance forecast accuracy constantly;
- Strengthen expense/cost management through ROI analysis, kick off monthly/quarterly review meeting with related business teams;
- Support monthly closing procedures, including validation of accruals;
- Ensure Business related activities/transactions are in line with company procedures and internal control requirement;
- Continuous development of processes & reports to drive increased operational efficiency. Ensure alignment and reconciliation of business and financial systems;
- Ad hoc analysis to support Business needs.
Job requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline;
- Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification (e.g. CPA/CMA/CFA etc.) preferred.
Experience and skills:
- Over 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial analysis experience;
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills;
- The ability to understand, translate and integrate multiple data sources into actionable insights to drive decision-making;
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements;
- Strong organization/communication/interpersonal skills;
- The ability to design business processes and have the ability to work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast paced environment;
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills;
- Fluent English as working language is a must.
- FMCG/E-commerce/ MNC experience is preferred.
