AliExpress Russia is looking for Finance Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams and provide insightful financial support and advice to drive effective decision making
- Identify and measure key success drivers
- Prepare managerial financial reports, track business financial performance, and perform related financial analysis
- Prepare financial forecast, support monthly closing procedures, including validation of accruals
- Assisting in the preparation of the operational budget
- Build and optimise financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and in order to control business risks
- Lead various ad hoc projects and analysis on a regular basis in assigned area
- Deal with P&L management and able to partner with business teams to drive revenue and margin growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering or related analytical experience
- Strong communication skills, critical thinker, strong logical reasoning, team player, self-motivated, agile and accurate to details
- Data analysis, financial modelling, and financial analysis skills required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
- Familiarity with SQL preferred
