Global FMCG company is looking for candidates for Finance and Operations Director position at its office in Moscow.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for financial reporting, controlling, compliance and logistics function in the commercial entity,
Prepare and present information required by headquarters in a timely and adequate manner,
Manage a team: hiring, motivating and appraisal,
Design and manage necessary KPI in areas of responsibility,
Act as Finance Business Partner to Managing Director,
Coordinate main investments and projects,
Ongoing cooperation with banks, auditors, insurers, local government and tax authorities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including a minimum of 5 years of managerial position,
Master University degree ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certification will be a strong asset,
Experience in managing areas other than F&A will be a strong asset (eg. Procurement, Supply Chain, IT or Administration),
Proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining a finance function,
Very good Russian language skills.
