A Single Family Office of UHNW Family based in London is seeking a Russian and English-speaking Family Office Director who will be in charge of all the personal affairs of the family. An ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, several years in a similar role and systematic and structured approach to any task or project. The candidate should have superior multitasking and prioritising skills whilst being detail-oriented and not afraid to take on new and challenging duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide total support to the Family in their daily lives
- Overseeing the daily running of the Family Office as well as the household
- Overseeing and managing the work of PAs
- Property management, which includes sourcing, liaising, and working closely with suppliers
- Applying a practical understanding of projects, being able to accurately appraise the progress and the objective of projects
- Dealing with contractors, suppliers, and third-party providers
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Russian and English
- Either financial or legal background
- 5-10 years’ experience working in a Family Office and working with UHWN families
- Proactive results-driven self-starter with superior prioritising and multi-tasking skills
- Problem solver and logical thinker
- High degree of diplomacy and discretion with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of flexibility and resourcefulness
- Flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to meet the principals’ needs as and when necessary. You will also need to be happy to provide a 24/7 service at peak times
