The Opportunity:
To support this change and focus continuous improvement company is looking for an Experience Design and Process Improvement Lead to join Talent HR Process team. The team is responsible for design and improvement of robust global HR process which deliver on the key strategic requirements and experience outcomes and quality standards

The Experience Design and Process Improvement Lead will:

  • Develop, monitor and improve the global process designs
  • Bring insights and expertise to stakeholders to inform decisions
  • Champion the experience perspective across talent and non-talent teams

Given the nature of this role, company is looking for experienced candidates with a unique blend of innovative process improvement and functional HR expertise. Looking for a professional who will bring agile thinking, an understanding of process data and can thrive in a virtual, global team.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead experience and process design and improvement initiatives across Talent
  • Ensure alignment to key business and digital strategies, improvement opportunities and quality and risk compliance
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and user groups to ensure solutions meet needs and can be adopted
  • Apply innovative methodologies (such as Design Thinking) to plan and facilitate the most efficient approach to design and improving designs
  • Monitor design performance and adoption for pain points and delivery challenges, collaborate with others to quantify issues, recommend changes and actively resolve
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities for improvements and digital enablement, build the case for change articulating the business and user experience value or risk mitigation for leadership
  • Develop user centric capability in others, for example, by leading formal knowledge sharing sessions or as a mentor and coach
  • Lead direct reports and others in delivery of projects/initiatives
  • The role may require some travel and there is a need to work flexibly to attend calls and meetings with people across global time zones

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated ability to apply process design methodologies within experience design and process improvement, ideally in global or consulting environment
  • Global mind set, experience working across multiple countries and time zones
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills to develop and deliver engaging workshops with complex and detailed subject matter
  • Proven problem solving and analytic capability, able to use data to present challenges and solutions and opportunities to leadership
  • Project management skills
  • Proficiency with EY standard load set including Microsoft Office suite (, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a commercial, business or HR related discipline
  • Business Process Management certification advantageous (eg Six Sigma)
