SaaS platform Moeco that provides a tool to digitize logistics and industrial assets for Fortune 500 companies is looking for an Executive Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
Achieving sales in line with the Company’s strategic objectives and targets;
Negotiating with key clients, closing deals and supporting them;
Sourcing and cultivating new clients and partnerships, business opportunities and collaborations;
Building our pipeline, working in corporate CRM;
Development/crafting of the company’s pricing policy;
Making a sales/value analysis;
Product strategy and development advice, including product-market fit/ industry fit;
Last but not least, is the management, motivation and support of the sales team, ensuring that they work effectively and efficiently, and fully integrated into all necessary processes of the company, that the sales activities deliver the required profitability.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in sectors related to technology, transportation, chemical & food or oil & gas industries as a Sales Director/Senior Sales Management type position;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide useful and efficient counsel;
Business analytics, consulting experience and knowledge;
Strong oral and written English communication abilities;
Team Management, Target and KPI driven;
Experience adhering and writing sales strategy;
Strong business ethics to handle sensitive information.
Additionally:
Domain knowledge and prior experience of working with enterprise companies in logistics and asset management is not mandatory but would be a great advantage.
