A successful and territorially dispersed FinTech group is looking for an Executive Recruiter to work directly with the Founder.
Location: Dubai, London, EU (remote).
The person must have experience closing top and mid-level positions preferably in high-tech or finance industry, fluent English and Russian, good understanding of competency and values frameworks, have experience searching in Russia and desirably Europe, be a quick-thinker, a self-starter and and energetic and thorough researcher.
This is not an HR partner position for the time being, the candidates will be interviewed by HRBP after having been presented. However, the requirements will come directly from the Founder and there is an excellent perspective of career advancement and income growth. The salary is competitive and is a good income for Dubai, London or possibly some European location.
The person should be located outside of Russia and the company will not provide relocation package or visa support.
