inDrive is looking for an Executive Producer to join the Alternativa Film Project team, responsible for overseeing all project initiatives at the operational level, such as the Alternativa Film Awards and educational programs for filmmakers.
Alternativa Film Project (alternativa.film) is an international roaming film project by inDrive, designed to support filmmakers from emerging cinema industries.
In 2024, the company is expanding the award to a new region — Southeast Asia, while continuing educational programs in Central Asia. The team needs an experienced manager to effectively organize project work across multiple countries and manage contractors. Experience in cultural project management and working in international environments will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project implementation across multiple countries, adapting strategies for new regions, analyzing risks, and finding solutions while managing resources effectively
- Creating and managing project budgets, adjusting contractor estimates, and overseeing contractor payments
- Developing project roadmaps and timelines, overseeing their implementation, coordinating with teams, delegating tasks, and enhancing process efficiency
- Forming and managing the project's operational team, sourcing contractors and operational partners, providing briefings, and supervising their work
- Coordinating with different departments at inDrive regarding operational, financial, accounting, and legal issues. Developing travel procedures for team members and guests attending project events in collaboration with the inDrive Travel Service
- Organizing field trips to new regions for research, compiling a list of travel questions and contacts, conducting meetings
Qualifications:
- Experience in producing projects in the cultural field or NGOs
- Experience working with budgets and contractors
- Experience in managing a small team (4-6 people)
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to take into account cultural specifics of partners and contractors
- Demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to problems, readiness to make independent decisions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent English (minimum B2)
