Hasbro Russia is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant.
Main responsibilities:
Take over coordinative and other tasks on behalf of the GM, be first point of contact in admin affairs.
Develop a detailed understanding of the GM´s working methods and needs, respond with tailored service. Establish a smooth communication flow and top-down project management with GM.
Assist with or take over ad hoc projects as they arise.
Support preparation and collation of management presentations, compile and/or assist the Mgm Team.
Maintenance of Business Continuity plans.
On behalf of the GM be a point of contact for stakeholders internally and externally. Create communication for/on behalf of GM to ensure key action points are being initiated.
Establish close relationships across departments, with peers and senior management in the company to strengthen the free-flow of information and communication.
Proactively manage and drive GM agenda.
Attend key management meetings on demand. Manage the agenda, facilitate action minutes.
Liaise with the relevant stakeholders in planning internal and external meetings.
Ensuring admin support for GM. Organize travel arrangements for the Management team; provide efficient cost control.
Provide PA cover/support for other members of the Leadership team when necessary.
Project Management
Project manage and drive key strategic initiatives to support the Mgm Team.
Create on demand actionable decision templates/recommendations to enable swift decision.
Be an active member of the Leadership Team. Track, chase and collate input from the team.
Inspire ideas to “make Hasbro the best place to work”.
Challenge ineffective processes with regard to the role, recommend effective ones.
Identify and implement constant improvements in the services provided to the business.
Event Management
Oversee charity projects, drive and support local community charity projects, aligned with Brand Communications.
Organise business reviews.
Oversee corporate events (excluding Games Fair, Christmas Party, Global Day of Joy, driven by the Event Coordinator Role).
Profile:
Finished university degree.
Has lead projects succesfully.
Fluent English, written/verbal.
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
Has worked as a PA/team administrator in a commercial environment.
Demonstrated international experience.
Project management skills.
