The Job in a Nutshell:
Our Executive Director is the leader and gets it done, the role will be responsible for partner recruitment and the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing execution of effective operations plans and selection strategies supporting AutoBidMaster’s growth, oversee all the projects to make an impact on our bottom line. The Executive Director must be committed to getting results, will create and refine company materials that drive conversation around unique services, and act as a connector and communicator between the CEO and all the Departments.
The Director is responsible for the overall growth and success of the team, with a focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care as well as the supervision of our team members. This position role requires dedication to get the job done, after hours and weekend work required when is needed.
What You Will Love Doing:
Lead and influence the organization towards favorable growth by restructuring the business operations
Providing leadership to all domestic and international staff
Establishing business goals
Coordinate business operation
Overseeing and streamlining daily operations
Implement KPI across the company, and new company policies
Improving staff performance
Recruiting and developing a team of senior leaders
Create a culture of transparency and communication
Ensure commitment to and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization
Bring new and innovative ideas to the business
Network with other potential clients, competitors in the market to boost sales
Oversee events and conference as needed
Generate necessary reports for the executive teams
International Contract administrator, Create, Distribute, Collect, Independent Contract Agreement (ICA) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) update the Legal department and Accounting department with contract information, monthly report to Control.
Requirements:
Associate’s in business administration or equivalent
Financial management experience
Highly Organized
Effective Communicator
Motivational skills
Knowledge of financial practices, Marketing, HR, and PR
To Score Extra Points:
A/BS degree and 10 + years of senior-level experience with an executive preferred, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills; preferably in a high technology company
You’re an organizational guru
Fluent in Russian or other foreign languages
You can teach us something.
