The Cyprus entity of a young, successful international trading company is looking for an Executive Director of subdivision.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and highly capable Senior candidate to join a rapidly expanding organisation to manage and growing their partners on a global scale while acting as the Legal Director in Cyprus.
Duties
Formulation and execution of strategic, financial, and marketing plans to achieve double-digit growth
Setting operational processes and policies
Profit and loss management
Establishment of high-level relationships with key suppliers and customers
Regular reporting to shareholders
Act as the legal Director and be the signatory for the Cyprus entity
Be the Point of contact for bank locally and agree Credit lines when necessary
Profile
Proven experience as a General Manager/Director or in a similar executive role
Knowledge of business processes and functions (strategy, procurement, sales, operations, finance, HR)
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Proven ability in Business Development and Client Management
Basic Technical Understanding within the Engineering field
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector would be advantageous
Problem-solving aptitude
Fluent in English and Russian. Other languages would be an advantage
Holder of an EU passport or have Permanent Residency and the right to remain and work in Cyprus with no restrictions
Able to travel internationally (although this will not be excessive).
