Mail.ru Group M&A team is looking for an Executive Director.
Mail.ru Group is a leading internet investment holding and the most active investor in the Russian market.
Desired skills:
— 5 or more years of experience within investment banking, corporate M&A, private equity or venture capital firms;
— excellent communication, negotiation, networking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
— exposure and strong interest in the technology sector;
— ability to lead over 10 deals/projects in parallel and make quick analytical decisions;
— fluent English.
Responsibilities:
— execute over 10 deals of different complexity per year acting as a lead deal manager;
— lead current assets and joint ventures to IPO or other liquidity options;
— oversee research on global markets and deals performed by junior team members;
— negotiate all transaction documents with counterparties;
— coordinate financial, tax, legal due diligence processes;
— form company M&A and development strategy;
— actively source deals from personal network.
