E-commerce brand is looking for an Executive assistant.
Company is a high growth e-commerce brand specialising in party decorations. Their mission is to make that special day of the year, even more special. Company is selling party decorations in Germany, Spain, Italy and France.
Company is now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for the CEO of the company to help get all the processes organised, and make the company management more efficient. Company values people and the contribution they make and really cares about creating a healthy and sustainable work environment.
You are ideal candidate if you:
- Have experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Are an advanced English-speaker (C1). German (B1-B2) is a plus
- Have advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Are a guru of multitasking and attentive to details
- Very empathetic and can read between the lines
- Think ahead and is intuitive and extremely detail-oriented
- Are positive and optimistic, being able to act reasonably under pressure
What will you do:
- Managing CEO’s calendar and tasks
- Booking calls
- Email management - filtering emails, managing spam, scheduling/responding to emails
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Meeting follow-ups, minutes and actions
- Assigning and following up on tasks
- Travel management and travel planning
- Flights and accommodation bookings
- Document preparation
- Invoice preparation and collection
- Helping with personal tasks such as birthday congratulations, gifts purchases, etc
- Assisting with HR processes
