В luxury-платформу Farfetch ищут Executive Assistant to Managing Director.

 

Reporting to the Executive and MD, you will be responsible for managing administrative and business-related tasks for them.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide full administrative and business support to the CGO and RU&CIS MD
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the office and across the Global organization
  • Proactively manage diaries and correspondence to identify priority issues. Ensuring constant forward planning and working towards the Manager’s OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Organize and plan meetings and events, including agenda and presentations for the Managers
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to obtain and/or disseminate minutes of meetings
  • Collate information, assist in report drafting, and follow-up agreed actions for reporting
  • Manage all travel arrangements and track budgets where requested
  • Manage the Executive and MD’s inbox, filtering incoming emails, flagging priorities, responding on behalf of the Executive and MD (where necessary), delegating to the team (where required)
  • Support Managers by actively managing the OKRs and current business project portfolio, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of OKRs and projects deadlines
  • Be an active member of the PA/EA teams globally – reviewing admin processes, looking at best practices, making suggestions and taking initiatives for applying new processes and pushing these within the team

 

Who you are:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a PA/EA to a high-profile manager in a fast-paced international company
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize urgent deadlines
  • Motivated, energetic, forward-thinking, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with your skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A master of communication, internally and with external stakeholders with proven influencing skills
  • Confident and articulate when communicating with stakeholders across all levels
  • Friendly, approachable, and cooperative
