В химическую компанию Aramco Lubricants & Retail Company (Saudi Aramco) требуется Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer.
Functional Duties:
- Provide efficient and diligent administrative support to CEO as per office process/ procedures and CEO directions with the highest level of confidentiality
- Receive, sort and direct correspondence (calls, mails, emails, fax) and provide feedback, once applicable, based on CEO directions to ensure efficient communication
- Update CEO calendar and schedule meetings, arrange appointments according to importance level
- Prepare and process documents, papers, reports, and presentations for CEO office. Maintain proper filing to ensure efficient documentation system
- Organize CEO travels including flights, accommodation, transport, expense claims, VIP gift, etc.
- Follow up on deadlines and tasks assigned by CEO, accordingly update CEO on the status
- Recommend and maintain continues improvement within the functionality to ensure optimal support and flow of information. Communicate on behalf of CEO when required
- Depending on the profile: translate the Arabic correspondence to English
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent
