Your Role at Exness:
- Event Manager will manage the creative process and the execution of an array of corporate events conducted in Cyprus and beyond
- Reporting Line - Head of Internal Communications
You will manage the following events (the list is open):
- Corporate/strategy (6 events a year)
- Social/community (~10/month)
- Management team buildings (2 events per year)
- New year and Summer company-wide events
The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate:
- Solid experience of planning and organising offline events of up to 2000 people with a complex agenda
- CxO customer management experience from agency side of corporate
- Experience in organising VIP events (security, confidentiality, celebrity-like riders, custom-tailored trips, accommodations, food & entertainment)
- Successful experience of balancing unrestrained creative genius with the latest technology and practical implementation constraints
- Experience with high-end videography is a plus
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Paranoiac need to re-check everything and have a contingency plan B, C, D etc.
- Outstanding vendor management skills
- Excellent English & Russian
