TikTok is searching for an Event Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of b2b event marketing strategies for Russia and CIS markets based on international marketing and business objectives;
- Plan & execute b2b event activities (both online and offline) based on Russia and CIS market strategy and local business environment, promote, disseminate and enhance brand influence;
- Develop & produce merchandise & gift items in accordance with the company's business objectives and direction;
- Expand external resources that are conducive to commercial development based on the needs of Russia and CIS industry markets, enhance the influence of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, fluent in English, work experience in the event marketing in Russia and CIS is preferred;
- Ability to independently plan and execute event projects;
- Have deep knowledge of Russian event market including tech production, decor & branding suppliers; understanding of actual trends in BTL & digital marketing;
- Have event market awareness and be able to perform cost effective budget holding, strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Adapt to regular business trips, assignments, etc., strong ability to learn, communicate and organize, rapid implementation, strong sense of responsibility, close cooperation with the team, strong pressure tolerance.
