Currently the company is searching for a fantastic Event Manager to organize 3-5 events in various cities around the world. They are looking for someone who's energetic, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace. You should have experience in event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing events in various cities around the world
- Developing budgets and keeping expenses under control for events
- Coordinating the work of event managers
- Working with suppliers and contractors
- Working with the marketing department to attract participants and promote events
- Evaluating the effectiveness of events, analyzing feedback and suggestions from participants
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning
- Experience working in an international company
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work at a fast pace with tight deadlines
- Upper-Intermediate level of English 🇺🇸
- Contacts in the event industry
- Experience working with budgets and financial documentation
- Experience organizing various types of events (conferences, festivals, exhibitions, etc.)
