В международную консалтинговую компанию SCHNEIDER GROUP требуется ERP & Infrastructure Development Director.

 

What will be your tasks?

Clients part:

  • Attraction of clients, defining prospective areas & widening portfolio of IT services & products with new & current clients
  • Managing projects for ERP integration (dealing with clients, solving major issues, controlling resources & timelines, managing ERP team leads)
  • Analyze client`s “as is” & “to be” business processes, define prospective directions & technologies and area of their application
  • Dealing with clients, solving issues during projects realization, monitoring

Operational part:

  • Manage all IT functions (ServiceDesk, System Administration, 1C / SAP, ERM / CRM) within the company - overall over 50 people
  • Build fficent collaboration with other business lines & divisions participating in Client`s projects
  • Service approach realization; management of employees` motivation, development & KPIs implementation
  • Forecasting of the changes within company and digitalization & development proactive management measures
  • Audit of condition & changes, discovery of bottlenecks for IT systems & possible risks
  • Managing internal & external IT projects; management of IT suppliers
  • Planning & evaluation of investment in infrastructure, optimization & cost saving

Management part:

  • Direct management of IT issues in Russia, and dealing with offices in other countries on IT tasks & projects; control of workload & tasks distribution & optimization of functions
  • Establish efficient partnership & acting as primary stakeholder for local & foreign offices
  • Business continuity & disasters recovery, raising business fail-safety
  • Development of strategy for company IT development
  • Interaction with stakeholders from business lines, analysis of requirements from business & providing IT solutions
  • Managing IT projects to implement new IT solutions & optimization of current infrastructure

 

What do you need to apply?

  • Successful experience of ERP integration projects (e.g. switching from 1C to SAP & back)
  • Experience of promoting IT solutions & services to Clients
  • Project management experience with international environment
  • Understanding of pricing IT services to Clients
  • Successful experience in management position within IT for company ≥150 employees
  • Managerial experience (team of 10+ people), talent to set targets & tasks, helicopter view of how people & processes interact with each other, build algorithms & define priorities
  • Preference to experience in consulting / client services business area; experience in international company would be nice
  • Understanding of technical issues
  • Good English language to deal with offices in other countries
  • Proven leadership experience, stakeholder’s management talent, “making things happen” approach, ability to communicate with clear, short & simple words, justify by figures & facts; change management ability; strong communication skills
