Flo is an AI-powered health app for women that supports them during an entire reproductive
period, encompasses accurate cycle predictions, personalized daily health insights and safe
community of experts and peers.
Currently we are looking for the Engineering Director to join our R&D office in Minsk, Belarus.
Responsibilities:
- Organize work according to the product vision;
- Orchestrate technical aspects of the product development;
- Execute product vision and plans according to the established quality metrics;
- Set up best development processes (principles, rules) for a specific Value Stream;
- People management (Value Stream allocation and forming, hiring members,
- education, etc.);
- Responsible for ensuring collaboration among Value Streams and managing
- dependencies (tech and org);
- Stand for working principles: mutual-dependency/partnership, service, etc.;
- Ensuring that Value Stream members understand and use best practices: UI standards,
- security, API, CD, monitoring, etc.; Set the environment to establish transparency and information for the Value Stream;
- Escalate and solve problems within and outside the given Value Stream;
- Implement agreed artifacts for the Value Stream.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of engineering experience;
- Proven track record working in product environment;
- Solid technical background;
- 3+ years of people management experience (5+ people);
- Strong communication and presentation skill, flexible negotiator;
- English — will be a plus.
