McDonald’s is looking for an Employer Branding Manager.
Main tasks:
- Drive Employer Brand projects and activities according to the Employer Brand strategy, EVP development
- Build and manage a content strategy to bring to life the Employer Brand internally & externally
- Organize Employer Reputation events internally & externally
- Drive social media strategy: content plan creation & execution together with the agency
- Support other global and local departments to help them deliver content that will increase engagement and better execute local & global programs and initiatives
- Generate awareness and excitement for the Workplace App across functions; educate key stakeholders on how to use Workplace to drive functional strategic agendas
- Collaborate with key teams – the wider People Team, Corporate Affairs, Marketing and agencies - to build joint plans and ensure maximum stakeholder reach
- Identify and share examples of best practice in employee engagement and employer reputation to inspire others

Necessary knowledge and experience:
- 4+ years in Employer Branding
- Strong knowledge of Employer Brand mechanics
- Proven leadership experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program)
- Strategic thinking and project management skills
