L’Oréal is looking for Employer Brand Manager to develop and maintain a strong employer brand strategy and activation through main channels both online and offline.

 

General Requirements:

The employer branding manager has project management expertise, strategic thinking and extensive learning of social media, digital instruments, campus management best practices.

The competitor also must have a strong understanding of branding to have the capacity to promote the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires. This person must be imaginative and efficient and ready to establish variety of activities under short deadlines. The hopeful also must have an enthusiastic disposition, function admirably on teams and have the capacity to adjust rapidly to a fast-moving condition.

Fluent English is mandatory to maintain regular communication with global and local management.

Background: Strong relevant experience in employer branding in agency or in-house.

 

Main responsibilities:

Employer brand building & development strategy.
Digital activation including SMM.
Campus management (both on-line & off-line).
Off-line activation, event-management.
Managing & supporting both local and global colleagues.
