What you will be accountable for:
- Building EVP strategy cooperating with a key stakeholders and top talents within the business and HR
- Evaluating the current EVP state and process
- Developing and implementing new-modern tools as per global plan and local market requirements aligned with business and HR strategies
- Developing new projects and events for candidates in close cooperation with recruiting team and hiring managers
- EVP budget management & planning in most cost effective way
- Supporting and developing of employer brand channels
- Organisation of events and attraction campaigns for potential candidates and graduates
- Run regular reporting and provide analytics to HR and business stakeholders
- In close cooperation with recruitment team defining best ways to attract talents
- Monitoring labour market trends
- Leading EVP projects
Essential experience, skills and knowledge:
- Higher education
- Experience in EVP
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Managing the work in multitasking
- Drive for result
- English – upper-intermediate
- MS Office - advanced
