SALTO EECA is looking for Еxperts to conduct accreditations of youth organisations in the countries of the Eastern Partnership (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) and in Russia.
SALTO EECA supports cooperation between Programme and Eastern Partnership countries and Russian Federation within Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps.
Tasks:
Quality Label assesors (accreditors) are responsible for performing quality assessment of organisations interested in participation in European Solidarity Corps programme in the countries of the Eastern Partnership and in Russia.
Verification of documents of organisations applying for Quality Label;
Meeting with organisations, including interview with the staff and visitation of the work space;
Preparation of report after the visit;
Communication and cooperation with SALTO EECA staff.
Requirements:
Experience in implementation of volunteering projects in frames of European Voluntary Service (EVS) or European Solidarity Corps as a project coordinator or a person supporting a project or/and experience in implementation of training activities on the topic of volunteering projects within above mentioned programmes,
Experience in implementation of projects in the area of informal education of youth and persons working with youth in one of the EaP countries or in the Russian Federation, e.g. as project coordinator. educator, informal education trainer, pedagogue, instructor, tutor, expert, inspector, researcher etc.
Knowledge about aims and methods of implementation of European Solidarity Corps volunteering projects.
Fluent English on minimal level B2.
Practical computer skills (MS Office, IT tools for online submission of documents),
Assessment criteria:
Experience in implementation of volunteering projects different than mentioned in the requirement section in frames of EVS, Erasmus+ and/or European Solidarity Corps or training activities on the topic of management of volunteering projects
Experience in implementation of projects in frames of different volunteering programmes than EVS/ESC;
Experience in conducting accreditations for Erasmus+/ESC programme
Experience in conducting accreditation for other educational/volunteering OR in assessment of grant applications for other educational/volunteering programmes
Fluency in official language(s) of the EaP and/or Russia.
