The company is now looking for a Sales Director/Business development director to help bring the service to the Indian market.
The major task will be to create a selling call center in India from scratch. Build, automate and improve business processes in sales. To hire, develop and bring to the result a team of sales managers.
Requirements:
You are a strategist who analyzes numbers before making decisions and knows how to lead a department to high results;
You have already created effective call centers and / or sales departments in India/anywhere from scratch;
You are not afraid of the word “automation” and understand how processes are built in large companies;
Want to develop your team and like to share your experience;
Know how to negotiate when you solve many cross-team problems.
Obligatory experience:
If necessary, be able to move to India;
Free to to negotiate in English and desirably Hindi;
Easily communicate in Russian (Advanced);
Have experience in building selling CC/sales dep;
