In connection with the expansion of the business, an economist is required for the planning and economic department of a trading company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining management accounting in the consolidation program (checking the adjustment of expense items / VAT, budget, CFD).
- Control of the correctness of incoming accounting data for compliance with the requirements of management accounting.
- Participation in the development of annual business plans in the section of service, division, CFD.
- Formation of BDR, BDDS in the context of offices, Central Federal District.
- Preparation of reports on the predicted receivables / buyers.
- Formation of quarterly management reporting (P&L, BS).
- Checking the economic rationality and validity of payments and contracts in the electronic document management system.
- Checking the correctness of settlement calculations when converting from the base currency to the functional.
Requirements:
- Higher economic education.
- Experience as an economist in the areas of budgeting and management accounting.
- Knowledge of charts of accounts.
- Confident user of 1C SCP, Excel.
- Perseverance and attention to work.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level would be an advantage.
Terms:
- Providing work visas, employment in accordance with the labor legislation of the UAE. Office in Dubai.
- 5 day work week from Mon. by Fri. from 8:00 to 17:00. Office work, full time.
