Kaspersky Lab is looking for a Ecommerce Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage Digital activities driving acquisition sales for RU and CIS markets, analyze & increase their ROI and other agreed KPIs based on digital metrics (CPA, CTR, conversions, ROAS, etc)
- Manage Online catalogue & prices, plan & execute tests in order to increase conversion into paid
- Work closely with global eCommerce operations team: cooperation with Digital BackOffice; operational support of Retention team with price alignment and promo activation for Retail to subscription activities; managing eCommerce operations projects (scope, timelines and calendar)
- Manage commercial websites, perform smoke-tests & UAT, support new products launches
- Manage & grow Private stores by finding new opportunities and increase CR & AUV
- Manage local preloads projects
- Carefully organize & keep updated managed projects in JIRA & knowledge base in Confluence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or mathematics or similar
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, ecommerce, digital sales or website management
- High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and business problems
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis
- Thorough understanding of multiple online marketing disciplines including eCommerce, CRM, Search Engine Marketing, Display, Affiliate and SEO
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English, both verbal and written
- Advanced skills in MS Office programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Experience with Omniture Site Catalyst or Google Analytics preferred
