Christian Dior ищет Ecommerce Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Revenue Management & Customer Experience:

  • Responsible for P&L and financial performance of online boutique
  • Build strategic and operational procedures across for e-commerce business across online trade, operations, CRM, digital marketing, and customer care
  • Monitor performance of product category to align with Merchandising team
  • Bring emerging our brand trends to the business and provide recommendations for online store improvements
  • Partner with Merchandising team to identify product assortment/quantities
  • Provide regular analysis on product trends to identify merchandising opportunities in preparation for seasonal buy
  • Work closely with regional team to elevate product contents and availability in line with our brand guidelines
  • Initiate ecommerce system development projects with local perspectives and work together with global & regional IT teams

Marketing & CDM:

  • Plan brand show/product information through the Websites aligning with Marketing on launches and promotions
  • Have a strong understanding of Christian Dior core demographics to maximize search engine traffic and advertising
  • Manage and optimize the brand store content, e-merchandising, banners, and website enhancements
  • Utilize multiple digital and social channels to ensure media is reaching new and potential target audiences
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high quality, relevant traffic is being directed to Christian Dior websites

Planning:

  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms and data ownership within ecommerce brands websites
  • Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the e-commerce platform and its activities in liaison with the regional teams
  • Plan IT development cost plan based on local IT requirement with finance team

Leadership:

  • Plan and budget to achieve eCommerce commercial ambition
  • Lead e-Commerce team to collaboratively work with key stakeholders
  • Maintain an environment which attracts and motivates and retains top quality individuals

Others:

  • Holistic approach on e-commerce strategy in managing online websites within a luxury fashion house
  • Communication skills to deal with various stakeholders in the country and regional team
  • Maintain a high knowledge of our brand products and fashion trends in the market

 

Profile:

Education & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, marketing and/or business

Work Experience:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in in trading a successful online store, gained within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with eCommerce Platforms and Google Analytics

Skills & Competencies:

  • Understanding of SEO and SEM/PPC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • An understanding of luxury customer shopping experience to drive conversion and recommend UX and UI improvements
  • Proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way, ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximize sales, conversion rate, average order value
  • People management skill to lead a team
  • Energetic, proactive attitude and with a high attention to detail
