In charge of all digital activities of Decathlon Russia, you are accountable of:
Digital strategy of Decathlon Russia. It’s design, definition and execution as well and it’s clear and solid connection to the overall strategic project of Decathlon Russia
Sales and net result of online business of Decathlon Russia (P&L of digital business)
Digital team: hiring, personal development, inspiration and connection to Company’s values and mission
Omni channel mindset well understood, shared and lived by all the members of the digital team
Connection with Decathlon’s digital organisations in other countries and Decathlon United for the sake of knowledge sharing and exchange of best practices
Your scope of management:
Direct management:
Digital sport leaders (who are online merchandisers in essence, accountable for online sales of respective sports)
Marketplace OUT (where Decathlon sells it’s products generalist and vertical Marketplace)
Marketplace IN (where other brands will have a chance to sell their products on decathlon.ru)
Online operations (fulfilment and last mile delivery)
Product managers
UX/UI of online store
Matrix management:
Digital IT
Client service center
Marketing, including CRM and loyalty
