Samsung is looking for a E-store product owner.
Responsibilities:
- Product owner of shop.samsung.com and e-store sellout platform products: trade-in, leasing, installment, etc.
- Improve Search, Product selection and buying process on Samsung.com
- Improve check-out process
- Introduction of new new functionality on e-store
- E-store product technical development management: build CJMs, develop User stories, set and track tasks to web-developers
- Translate business requirement into detailed Enhancement or Maintenance tasks to Global IT development teams
- Functional requirements preparation
- System analysis
- Communication with developers and QA
- SAP Hybris ecommerce maintenance
- Participation in acceptance testing and business validation
Requirements:
- Product Owner/Product Manager/System analysis experience
- English - Upper-Intermediate level
- Knowledge of main business process description notations
- Experience in preparation of Functional requirements for system development
- Understanding of ecommerce and sales processes
- Understanding of corporate system development
- Knowledge of SAP Hybris ecommerce
- Knowledge of webservices architecture approach and REST API
