Porsche is searching for E-performance manager.
Responsibilities:
- Be the key contact and project manager for all e-Mobility and future fuels projects, including but not limited to Porsche high power charging network project and e-mobility projects. Also be the key project manager for internally originated projects as applicable
- Exchange of market specific requirements and technical information with Porsche AG to ensure future EV products and services meet the needs of customers in close consultation with other operational departments
- Ensure the defined E-Vehicle minimum standards are incorporated into standard business practices such, including the ongoing management of such topics
- Ensure and develop the quality and availability of DC and AC charging inside the dealer network, from investment, operations, billing/payment IT etc
- Directly manage the provision of the Porsche home charging offer, from product hardware, suppliers for installation services and applicability to customers. Ensure solutions and best practice are communicated with Porsche Centres and customers
- Manage the ongoing development of the Porsche Destination Charging programme working with Porsche AG and local operational departments to identify suitable partners for inclusion - ensuring that offers compliments the on the road charging offer
- Gather intelligence about utilisation, white spots and customer feedback and then analyse in order to identify and integrate public charge points into the Porsche Charging Service
- Understand the competitor infrastructure strategy and subsequently implement appropriate response solutions
- Management of and liaison with multiple agency partners/stakeholders, both internally and externally, including but not limited to liaison with power network providers to ensure correct standards
- Lead discussions with external agencies and 3rd party charge point operators in relation to the development of public charging facilities (on the road and at destinations)
- Ensure Porsche is involved in all appropriate groups/committees and agencies delivering public charging solutions
- Ensure any market requirements for Home Energy Management [HEM] systems are communicated to the appropriate persons/groups
- Communicate with investors capex levels for current and future EV infrastructure requirements at Porsche Centres
- Respond to specific requests from the wider Subsidiary organisation for EV related topics
Requirements:
- Automotive experience 5+ years
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of e-vehicles and charging
- Higher Education
- Strong analytical skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automotive business
- Speaks and writes Russian and English fluent
- Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
- Good project management skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Flexible enough to work for with very different target groups and under time-pressure

- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
