Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake sales and management goals: Based on the user characteristics of Russian e-commerce platforms and combined with the development trends of local online channels, formulate iQOO brand online sales and management strategies, plan the path to achieve them, and increase the brand's market share on Russian online e-commerce platforms
- E-commerce operation system capability construction: Establish online operation system capabilities based on user, platform understanding and data analysis
- Business expansion and breakthroughs: Through analytical insights, understand the strategies of various platforms, changes in industry trends, interpretation of competitive product strategies, forward-looking planning and expansion of new businesses
- Business communication and resource acquisition: Maintain close communication with all levels of the platform to obtain platform resources and maintain good and stable customer relations
- Team management: Responsible for the management of the Russian sales team, establish a good working atmosphere, and lead the team to achieve goals
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of e-commerce operation experience, with experience in overseas market e-commerce operation or leading e-commerce platform (WB/ozon) preferred
- Good business planning ability, keen market insight and good communication and negotiation skills
- Professional knowledge and understanding of the characteristics, cooperation model and strategy of local e-commerce platforms (WB/ozon)
- Familiar with the shopping behavior and process of online modules of local market consumers, and professional knowledge of consumer shopping paths and decision-making paths
- Possess team management ability, give full play to the advantages of team members through authorization, incentives, etc., promote teamwork, and lead team members to achieve goals
- Proficient in English, can be used as a daily communication language
- Accept overseas assignments or long-term business trips
