Австрийская компания Swarovski, специализирующаяся на производстве эксклюзивных украшений из стекла и камня, в поиске E-Commerce Manager-a (Russia).
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing local eCommerce accounts in Russia (Swarovski.com and marketplaces) in order to achieve the established business plan, while securing profitable and sustainable distribution for each account.
You will report directly to the Director 3rd Party Online and your main duties will be the following
Managing Russian market, driving performance and profitability in line with defined goals, influencing the outcome and decision of commercial agreements through applying financial data
Analyzing trading performance and recommending activities to support the account in driving traffic and eCommerce site conversion to maximize sales
Implementing the promotional framework with the 3rd Party Online accounts and its flawless execution
Cooperating closely with other eCommerce teams and Management to exploit the potential of eCommerce with the customers and to ensure seamless integration of all channels (online and offline)
Establishing requirements of contents for all digital channels based on needs identified by local and central teams as well as the lead partners
Optimizing product search and navigation, promotional content slots, product content, merchandising and cross-sell opportunities
Providing the eCommerce Center of Excellence with customer feedback regarding implementation experiences and the corresponding needs or ideas for improvements
Being responsible for onsite merchandising of our own eCommerce channel swarovski.com and for establishing requirements on product and assortment
Managing website “space productivity” for market cluster & recommendations for potential optimization
Deciding and implementing site merchandising strategies based on customer behavior including but not limited to the optimization of the filters and facets for Russia
Managing and optimizing the internal search engine by analyzing keyword research and implementing findings to drive sales
Deciding upon all boosting activities strategies for Russia to ensure all key seasonal SKUs are visible and available for swarovski.com consumers
About You
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within an international setting of a premium retail or wholesale company
Hands-on experience in growing and managing online business/eCommerce, performance marketing and/or merchandising
Previous experience with 3rd Party Online and marketplaces
Team orientation and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of a matrix organization
Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
Native Russian and fluent English skills (spoken and written).
