В Emirates требуется E-Commerce Manager Russia.

 

Job Purpose:

  • To be responsible for growing Emirates’ E-Commerce revenue streams and activities in the market by exploiting the Internet as a sales, business development and customer interaction tool to reach the commercial objectives set
  • Develop a localised E-commerce sales strategy to increase usage and online revenue contribution in the local market and manage all of Emirates’ online products for direct customers
  • Implement and manage all sales strategies for Emirates.com to support tactical sales focuses and priorities
  • Liaise with all internal/external stakeholders to ensure all online campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, executed and measured and also comply with the local legal requirements
  • Ensure smooth implementation and commercialisation of all new online features and products in the local market to offer a more seamless and personalized offering to customers
  • Ensure all fulfilment and payment processes are implemented, supported and managed according to guidelines
  • Review local online performance and provide recommendations to improve functionality / consumer experience
  • In co-operation with Corporate Communications (CCMB) manage online content of the local Emirates.com website and updates and ensure the agreed CCMB policy and processes are adhered to for all marketing and media activities
  • In co-operation with Skywards develop online strategies to increase loyalty and ratio of Skywards member revenue on Emirates.com
  • Identify and cross utilize partners’ customer data to expand the Skywards member base and increase share of wallet with existing members by engaging in relevant B2C marketing
  • Develop the annual sales and marketing plan for the local E-commerce market, create reports and share knowledge and experience gained in the local market across the network
  • Leverage improvements from more personalised booking flows, search flows, communications and fare brand attributes and ancillaries to optimise Emirates.com up-sell development in order to grow revenue

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree
  • Extensive experience in an E-Commerce, digital, marketing/sales capacity with an understanding of technology is essential
  • A mandatory understanding of the internet & E-commerce, direct sales and marketing
  • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment
  • Familiarity with best practices in web-based marketing is essential
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in spoken and written Russian and English
