UNIQLO is looking for an E-Commerce IT Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Manage new EC enhancement / development projects such as omni-channel, new delivery service integration, mobile APP upgrade, BI, CRM implementation and etc.
Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members and vendors throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
Establish a work plan and staffing for EC project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Develop EC IT projects plans to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
Review / approve work plan of external vendors to execute project.
Implement project communication plan.
Conduct risk assessment and mitigation.
Monitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of the information.
Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
Prepare status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
Follow standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
Manage multiple external international service providers (no in-house development team).
Support core EC IT systems such as OMS, WMS, HAP, Web Analytics, etc.
Support & control daily system maintenance work.
Key requirements:
3 or more years of Project Management work experience with previous experience in IT-related spheres.
Completed higher education, degree in IT ot related spheres.
English level: upper-intermediate.
Knowledge of core EC IT systems such as OMS, WMS, HAP, Web Analytics, etc.
ITIL certified (preferred).
Experience working in a manage of multiple vendors.
Experience leading technical initiatives in a collaborative environment (cross-country).
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with executive leadership.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing (including English).
